6/28: Annual Meeting Items

We have 14 motions for Bylaw changes (I think one is a duplicate) and 2 motions for Constitution changes. You will also find a proposed Constitution and proposed information for a Mandatory Coaches Meeting. There are Bylaw and Constitution motions for changes for those additional attached documents.
I urge everyone that is going to attend the Annual General Membership meeting on 06/28/2011 to review all of the attached documents. We have learned in the past that if they are not reviewed, these meetings can drag on and on. We will be covering a lot, and if everyone reviews them beforehand, we can save all of ourselves a lot of time.
You will also find the Annual Meeting Minutes from last June/2010. These minutes will be up for approval at the 06/28/2011 meeting. Yes, they are long. I still have sore wrists from typing them out – hehe!
The agenda will be coming out for the meeting later on this month.
If you have any questions, please let me know. Also, if you have submitted something and I do not have it attached, please let me know ASAP so we can do our best to get your information disseminated to everyone.
